An evening to slow down, reconnect and fill your cup Through warm ceremonial cacao, a guided meditation, gentle movement, breathwork and time for reflection - we will create space to connect with what feels true and aligned for you, as you are now A sacred, safe space to turn inward and connect with your deepest hearts desires This 2 hour event will leave you feeling grounded, nourished and connected - to yourself and the world around you! ------- Please note: Cacao is not recommended for those with high blood pressure or on SSRI medications
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
For regular aerial yoga classes, cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to your scheduled class to receive a credit to use towards a future class. All classes cancelled less than 6 hrs and missed classes will be charged the entire sessions fee.
