Breathwork Meditation


Description

A conscious connective breathwork session, moving you out of your fight, flight or freeze response and tapping you into a rest and digest response. This practice helps to regulate your parasympathetic & your sympathetic nervous system. Giving you access to "un-stuff" any trapped emotions or trauma, both past and present, that may be stored in your body and may be trigging in your daily life. Breathwork can help to: relieve stress and find deep relaxation, process or heal emotional pain or trauma, greater self discovery, experience feelings of joy and/or deep inner peace, relieve physical pain, increase confidence, break down walls and awaken your authentic self all while detoxing on a molecular level. Come explore how Breathwork can help you on your journey! Join this hour and a half event, in studio and on your mat Note: Bring a pillow and a blanket to your class. Breathwork should not be done if you have any heart issues


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

For regular aerial yoga classes, cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to your scheduled class to be able to use your pass towards another class. All classes are final sale and must be use towards their original purchase. Cancellations less than 6 hrs prior and/or missed classes will be charged the entire sessions fee and the pass will be lost.
